Ingredients:

  • 2 lb. Shrimp, peel, devein, cook and refresh
  • 1 c Artichoke hearts, cut to bite-sized
  • 1/2 c Celery, large dice
  • 2 Hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 c Capers

Dressing:

  • 1 c Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c Chili sauce
  • Tabasco sauce to taste
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation:

Combine dressing ingredients. Mix into first five ingredients.
