Ingredients:
2 lb. Shrimp, peel, devein, cook and refresh
1 c Artichoke hearts, cut to bite-sized
1/2 c Celery, large dice
2 Hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 c Capers
Dressing:
1 c Mayonnaise
1/4 c Chili sauce
Tabasco sauce to taste
Lemon juice to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation:
Combine dressing ingredients. Mix into first five ingredients.
