Programs
The Culinary Arts degree program at Yorktowne Business Institute was founded in 1998 to serve a growing need in the region for Culinary Arts and food service training. The program is approved to award the Associate in Specialized Technology degree.
Graduates will immediately qualify for positions in restaurants, clubs, resorts, convention centers and cruise lines. Many graduates move on to become Exective Chefs, Food Service Managers and Restaurant Owners.

Dedicated Baking & Pastry kitchen with classroom area and chocolate room

Students can complete the program in as little as 12 months.
